Treatment begins by preping the skin with a keratolic solution that acts by loosening top layers of dead skin cells. Aromtherapy Massage 1/2 hr $40. /1 hr $80. This type of therapeutic massage combines essential oils and massage for mutuallly enhancing results. The oils are specially formulated to provide the exact effect desired : calming, stimulating, pain reducing, toning or curculatory strengthening. The massage itself helps the oils to penetrate into the body's tissue where they provide the most desired benefits.
Swedish Massage 1/2 hour $40. / 1 hr.$80. Promotes general relaxation and improves curculation and joint mobilty, as well as relieving muscle tension. Used primarily in a full body session, it is a sytem of long strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the superficial layers of muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage 1/2 hr $45. / 1 hr $80. Release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow firm strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas. This technique follows the grain or the cross grain of the muscle and is used on muscles, tendons, and fascia. This treatment enhances blood supply to the problem areas helping to deminish pain.
